The XJFH series air winch is a versatile and efficient device powered by an air motor, which drives the reel through a gear reduction mechanism to deliver powerful traction and lifting capabilities. Designed with a compact structure, it ensures convenient operation, reliable performance, and smooth functioning, along with features like stepless speed control and minimal maintenance requirements. As an explosion-proof traction and lifting solution, it is particularly well-suited for challenging environments such as oil fields (including offshore operations), geological drilling, mining, and areas with explosive or flammable gases.
The XJFH series pneumatic winch is available in various configurations, including ordinary high base, low base, flange seat, ladder buckle seat, straight wire buckle seat, oil seat, and ear plate seat. It also offers multiple braking systems, such as single brake (hand brake), double brake (hand brake + foot brake or hand brake + automatic brake), and triple brake (hand brake + foot brake + automatic brake), allowing users to select the most suitable option based on their preferences and operational requirements.
Additionally, the winch can be customized with optional accessories like pressure wire ropes, hooks, shackles, drop chains, and gas treatment triads, providing flexibility to meet specific needs. It supports various operation modes, including local control, remote control, or a combination of both. For enhanced safety, the winch can be equipped with advanced protection features such as automatic braking, automatic rope arrangement, emergency stop protection, overload protection, and emergency release devices, ensuring safe and efficient operation in diverse applications.
